Who Are We?
The Elkton Church of God is affiliated with
The Church of God with International Offices in Cleveland Tennessee.
This church began in the mid-50’s. Pastor C. Calvin Woodring, along with his wife, Barbara, has served the congregation since 1988. They have two daughters.
The mission of the Elkton Church of God is to invite all to come to Jesus and find rest for their souls (Matthew 11:28); to discipline believers in God’s word (Matthew 28:20); and to reach others with the message of hope (Matthew 20:19)
The life we have through the resurrection of Jesus Christ is exciting. Through the Holy Spirit we seek to express our joy in worship and use our gifts to meet the needs of others

We welcome you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We would be honored to have your presence in the House of God. We pray you will feel the presence of the Holy Spirit as you visit with us and your time with us is anointed and a blessing to you.
We would very much like to have you join our services as often as you can. Our regularly scheduled services are:

AM Coffee
9:45 AM Sunday School
Adult, youth and children’s classes.
10:45 AM Worship Service
Songs of praise and worship, traditional hymns, special singing and sermons.
6:00 PM Worship and Prayer
(no evening services on Mother's Day, Father's Day, other holidays falling on Sundays and on special services Sundays __ check our monthly calendar)
Thursday
7:00 PM Family Training Hour
Bible study with emphasis on practical application in our lives.
